I've been a licensed Realtor in the area since 1988, helping thousands of buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, with many becoming repeat customers. I work with first-time buyers, sellers, builders, developers, repos, flippers, and investors. Growing up in a military family, I'm well-versed in the unique challenges of military moves. A fun fact about me: I love SEC football! Let my 30 years of experience work for you!

I moved to the Emerald Coast with the military in 1991. After retiring, my family and I decided to make this beautiful area our permanent home. As a result, I have extensive knowledge of the local housing market. I work with a wide range of buyers and sellers, including investors, builders, foreclosures, short sales, and vacation home buyers. However, I have a special passion for helping first-time buyers navigate the buying and selling process. This passion is why I chose real estate as my second career. I find it both challenging and rewarding to match each client's needs with the perfect property. I go above and beyond for every client, aiming to provide top-quality service. Repeat business is the result! I would love to help you find your slice of paradise!

I'm a professional licensed real estate agent at Coastal Realty Services, and I chose Coastal because we genuinely care about our clients, always putting their interests above our own. As a family-owned and operated business since the 1970s, we are deeply committed to serving our community.

My background includes managing finances for the USAF Chaplain Corps, and I am passionate about personal finance. I strive to help my clients improve their financial well-being. My real estate career began in Fairbanks, Alaska, and I later transferred to Florida. After four years in the North Pole, I’m still defrosting!

Personally, I am an Air Force wife, a mother of three, and the owner of one crazy dog. The Emerald Coast has stolen my heart, and we enjoy boating, kayaking, swimming, running, and simply taking in everything this area has to offer.

As your real estate agent, I will strive to provide you with a fun, low-stress, and enjoyable experience. I will work hard to achieve the results you’re looking for. I would love the opportunity to help you reach your goals!

Director, Property Management/Sales Agent

I began my real estate career in 2010 as the Maintenance Director for Coastal Realty Services. In 2012, I earned my Sales Associate license and became a property manager. By December 2016, I was appointed Director of Property Management. Growing up as a military brat and living in the local area since 1994, I have an intimate knowledge of everything the Emerald Coast has to offer.

I graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2005, where I met my wife at the age of 18. We are now the proud parents of two beautiful girls, Gianna Isabella and Mila Rose. In my free time, I love being with my family, whether we're enjoying the water or supporting our favorite sports teams.

I am actively involved in the local community as a member of Beachside Community Church. Additionally, I recently completed a three-year term as the Property Management Director on the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors Board of Realtors.

Raised in a military family, my roots firmly took hold along the beautiful Emerald Coast. I graduated from Niceville High School and attended NWF State College, majoring in music and business. Additionally, I pledged my loyalty and allegiance to my country by serving in the military for six years. My career path eventually led me to the exciting world of real estate.

I spent six years working for a real estate attorney, a real estate developer, and as a loan processor for a mortgage lender. For the past 16+ years, I have dedicated myself to being a realtor and property manager.

My hobbies and interests include fishing, supporting college football, kayaking, canoeing, boating, and playing and singing with my church orchestra and choir. I am also proud to serve as the Public Relations Officer for AmVets Post 78.

Originally from Texas, I grew up in a military family and, like many of my colleagues at Coastal Realty Services, frequently moved due to my father’s service in the United States Air Force. In 1995, my dad was stationed at Eglin AFB, and I spent my formative years here, graduating from Niceville High School. I loved the area so much that I decided to stay and raise my own family here. Now a father of three, I enjoy my job in real estate and volunteer with Coastal’s annual Relay for Life team.

Thanks to my husband for the perfect last name! I am fortunate to have been born and raised right here on the Emerald Coast, and now my husband and I are raising our two daughters here as well. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from UWF. Before becoming a real estate agent, I worked as a recruiter for higher education, where I loved meeting new people and helping them find their dream jobs. The skills I gained in that role translate well to my position as a Realtor, where I now help people find their dream homes instead of jobs.

I am deeply involved in community events and have organized several fundraisers for charities like the March of Dimes and Toys for Tots. Staying engaged in the community and giving back is very important to me. I absolutely love the Emerald Coast and am excited to help others make a home here too.

My passion for real estate began when my husband and I bought our home. I was impressed by the dedication of our agent (who is also part of the Coastal team) and knew that I wanted to provide the same level of service and support to others. After a lot of studying and research, here I am!

Working with the Coastal Realty team has been a wonderful experience. We truly operate as a team, ensuring that every transaction receives the highest level of service. I look forward to continuing to build trusting relationships with my clients and helping them find the perfect home.

Originally from Oklahoma, my wife and I fell in love with the Emerald Coast after years of vacationing here and decided to make it our home. I'm married to my high school sweetheart, and we welcomed our first baby girl in April 2020.

With a background in marketing from Northwest Florida State College, I also serve the community as a local Firefighter/EMT and have experience in residential remodeling and construction. My passion for helping people in all aspects of life inspired me to obtain my real estate license, so I can assist people with one of the most significant parts of their lives: their homes.

I love what I do and approach it with passion. I look forward to helping and guiding all my clients through the real estate process.

I first arrived on the Emerald Coast 24 years ago with the Air Force. Despite traveling and living in many places around the world, my heart always remained here. After retiring, my wife and I decided to settle down in Navarre. We have two children, and I am an active member of the community.

I remember my first home purchase vividly, feeling uninformed and uncertain. That experience motivated me to learn everything I could about real estate to ensure I never felt that way again. My goal is to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to navigate the home buying or selling process confidently. I am committed to making your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible, ensuring you have a knowledgeable and trustworthy ally by your side.

I was born and raised in a small town in Southwest Louisiana, where news traveled fast—so fast that if you got in trouble, your momma would know before you even got home on your bike. My friends call me "Cajun Patty," and I love crawfish—I can eat ten pounds all by myself!

I served in the Marines and was a military spouse for 23 years, moving across the country from coast to coast until finally settling in the Panhandle area. I have four grown children and cherish the time I spend with them. I am blessed to be a Nae Nae to my three grandbabies and love spoiling them. I'm also a proud mom of a soldier currently serving in the Army and the wife of a retired Alabama state police investigator.

With six years of experience as a real estate closer for a local title insurance company, I understand the real estate closing process from every angle—agent, customer, and title company. I also bring over thirty years of experience as a paralegal, making me organized, detail-oriented, and adept at working with strict deadlines. I am well-versed in Florida laws and preparing legal documents. I am a certified Military Relocation Professional, Florida Military Specialist, and Seller Representative Specialist.

When I'm not helping my customers buy and sell homes, I enjoy weekends on the boat with my husband and attending our local church. I am a crafter who loves making seashell art and reborn dolls for the elderly with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Additionally, I enjoy deer hunting in Alabama whenever I get the chance during the winter months.

Born in Cuba, I embarked on a transformative journey when I arrived in the United States in 2008. Like many immigrants, I faced a multitude of challenges that tested my resilience and determination. One of the initial hurdles was mastering the English language, a critical skill for integration into American society.

My commitment to this adopted homeland led me to serve in the U.S. Army, where I not only defended my new home but also gained invaluable experiences and skills. This period of service instilled in me a profound sense of duty and patriotism.

My journey continued as I moved from the vibrant streets of Miami to the picturesque landscapes of Colorado, where I began to forge my American dream. Today, I call Niceville home, appreciating the diverse and welcoming community that has embraced me.

My dedication to the security and well-being of this nation is reflected in my academic pursuits. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security, a field that aligns with my passion for safeguarding the country’s interests. Currently, I am diligently working towards a master’s degree in Human Resources, driven by the belief that effective HR management plays a crucial role in any organization’s success.

My journey from Cuba to the United States is a testament to the resilience of immigrants and the opportunities this great nation offers. I look forward to continuing to contribute positively to both my community and my adopted homeland.

Born and raised on the Emerald Coast, I've spent my entire life in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. My favorite job is being a father to my identical twin girls, Adleigh and Harper. Besides being a dad, I’m also a licensed Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Loan Advisor.

My goal is to be as knowledgeable as possible about real estate to help my customers fully understand the buying and selling process. I focus on quality transactions over quantity and take pride in being fully committed to each individual client.

When I’m not simplifying the process for my customers, I enjoy giving back to my community by volunteering my time with committees that serve our area through my local Realtor association.
