I’ve been with Coastal Realty Services since 2010, starting as Maintenance Director before becoming a licensed Sales Associate in 2012. From there, I served as a Property Manager until 2016, when I was named Director of Property Management—a role in which I helped lead the acquisition of four management companies and drove significant portfolio growth.

In July 2025, I stepped into a new role as Business Development Manager, where I’m building the department from the ground up. My focus is on expanding client relationships, strengthening community connections, and creating new growth opportunities for the Coastal team.

Raised in a military family, I’ve called the Emerald Coast home since 1994. I’m a proud UCF graduate with a degree in Criminal Justice and a deep love for this community. My wife and I are raising our three daughters here, and when I’m not working, you’ll usually find us at the beach, at gymnastics meets, or serving through our local church.

I’ve served as a Board Member for the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (2016–2020) and have been a small group leader at Beachside Community Church since 2017. For me, real estate is all about relationships, local expertise, and a strong commitment to the people we serve.

Janet Bishop

Raised in a military family, I finally put down roots along the beautiful Emerald Coast, graduating from Niceville High and studying music and business at NWF State College. After six years of military service, I took a detour into real estate, which turned out to be the adventure of a lifetime!

I’ve worn many hats—working for a real estate attorney, a developer, and even as a loan processor—before dedicating 16+ years to life as a Realtor and property manager. Before returning to real estate, I worked on the water for several years renting boats, maintaining them, and handling repairs. I’ve also spent extensive time doing home repairs, which gave me a practical, real-world understanding of how properties function and how to maintain them properly.
