I began my Real Estate career in 2010 as the Maintenance Director for Coastal Realty Services. Once I received my Sales Associate license, I became a property manager in 2012 and I then became the Director of Property Management in Dec of 2016. I graduated from University of Central Florida in 2005, which is where I met my better half, Kimmie. We are the proud parents of Gianna Isabella and we attend Beachside Community Church in Fort Walton Beach. I spend most of my free time enjoying the company of my family, whether that be on or near the water and supporting our favorite sports teams. I grew up as a ‘military brat’ and have been in the local area since 1994, so I’m very familiar with what the Emerald Coast has to offer. I am actively involved in my local community as an avid supporter of Relay for Life and Toys for Tots. I am also a member of the Emerald Coast Association Realtors Board of Realtors as the Property Management Director. I am currently in pursuit of my Brokers Associate license.

Raised in a military family, my roots grew firm once arriving along the beautiful emerald coast! I graduated from Niceville HS and attended college at NWF State College majoring in music and business. In addition, I pledged my loyalty and allegiance to my country by joining the military for six years. My career adventures finally lead me into the fabulous world of real estate. I spent six years working for a real estate attorney, real estate developer, and mortgage lender (loan processor). I have devoted the last 16+ years as a realtor and property manager. My hobbies and interests include fishing, supporting college football, kayaking/canoeing/boating, and playing/singing with my church orchestra and choir. I am also the Public Relations Officer for AmVets Post 78.

Kara began her work at Coastal Realty Services in 2010 as an office assistant while pursuing her Associates degree at Northwest Florida State College. In 2012 she transitioned to a full time position as a property manager. She relocated to the Fort Walton Beach area in 2002 after living in Mount Olive, North Carolina (home of the Mount Olive pickles) for 13 years.

Carryl Gibb moved to Fort Walton Beach in 1968 with his family when his Dad was stationed at Eglin AFB. After attending Pryor Middle School, Carryl graduated from Niceville High School and attended Okaloosa Walton Junior College (Northwest Florida State College) before transferring and graduating from Central Missouri State University (University of Central Missouri). He is now on his second career in the Fort Walton area and has been with Coastal Realty as the bookkeeper for almost 20 years. Carryl and his wife, Connie are active members of Fort Walton Beach First United Methodist Church. Carryl enjoys working in his yard, helping with the Blue Lake Chrysalis Community and spending time with his grandkids.

Bilingual, originally from Colombia. I Have been in the Emerald Coast area for more than 15 years and have 7 years of experience in Real Estate. I am a Realtor and also one of the Property Managers at Coastal Realty Services. I volunteer at the nursery in one of the local churches and I am also involved with the annual Vacation Bible School. My son has recently graduated High School and is planning on serving this country by joining the US Air Force. I love what I do and I'm blessed to be working for this wonderful company.

Steven Rodriquez is originally from Texas, but like many of the staff members at Coastal Realty Services, his father was in the United States Air Force and moved frequently with his family. Steven’s dad was stationed at Eglin AFB in 1995, and Steven grew up in the area, graduating from Niceville High School. He loved the area and decided to stay and raise his own family here. Now a father of three, he enjoys his job in Real Estate and volunteers with Coastal’s annual Relay for Life team.

Andrew St Pierre Is our Maintenance Director who partners with Owner and tenants to work through Maintenance issues in a professional and courteous manner. After spending twenty years in project management, Andrew understands that the Details matter. Andrew has been with Coastal realty services since May of 2017. Andrew is originally from Baton rouge, Louisiana and currently resides in the Niceville Area with his Wife and son. Andrew is an avid fisherman and enjoys all aspects of boating and living near the Gulf coast waters.
