I started in real estate back in 2010 as Coastal Realty Services’ Maintenance Director, got my Sales Associate license in 2012, and soon became a property manager. By 2016, I was named Director of Property Management. Having grown up as a military brat and lived here since 1994, I’ve got the Emerald Coast down to a science!

A proud UCF alum, I met my wife at 18, and now we’re the happy parents of three beautiful girls: Gianna Isabella, Mila Rose, and Lyla James. Outside work, I’m all about family time—whether we’re enjoying the water or cheering on our favorite teams. I’m also dedicated to the local community as a member of Beachside Community Church and recently wrapped up a term on the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors Board. Local expertise, family focus, and community roots—that’s my recipe for real estate success!

Steven Rodriquez

Originally from Texas, I moved to the Emerald Coast in 1995 when my dad was stationed at Eglin AFB and quickly realized I’d found my forever home. I graduated from Niceville High, stayed put, and now I’m raising my own family here. Now a father of three, I enjoy my work in real estate and proudly volunteer with Coastal’s annual Relay for Life team. Whether helping clients find the perfect spot or cheering on local causes, I’m all about making life here as great for others as it’s been for me!

Janet Bishop

Raised in a military family, I finally put down roots along the beautiful Emerald Coast, graduating from Niceville High and studying music and business at NWF State College. After six years of military service, I took a detour into real estate, which turned out to be the adventure of a lifetime!

I’ve worn many hats—working for a real estate attorney, a developer, and even as a loan processor—before dedicating 16+ years to life as a Realtor and property manager. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me fishing, kayaking, cheering on college football, or singing in my church orchestra and choir. I’m also honored to serve as the Public Relations Officer for AmVets Post 78. It’s all about blending passion, service, and maybe just a little bit of fishing wisdom into everything I do!

Jilyn Alberto

I’m originally from the Philippines, and have always had a passion for organization and helping others. After starting my career in customer service, I found my niche in property management, where I’ve been supporting U.S.-based real estate teams remotely for over 4 years

With experience in tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and leasing, I love the challenge of keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. I take pride in clear communication, attention to detail, and making both owners and tenants feel well cared for.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new places through hiking and camping, and continually learning new skills to grow both personally and professionally. I’m passionate about what I do and am dedicated to making property management as seamless and stress-free as possible for every client.

Born and raised in Orlando, I married my best friend in 2020, and together, we have been blessed with four beautiful children. With a passion for customer service and organization, I have built my career in office administration, where I thrive on creating a productive and positive work environment.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, taking trips, and making unforgettable memories. I’m also deeply involved in my children’s education and extracurricular activities, often volunteering at their school for academics and sports. Driven by dedication, efficiency, and a love for helping others, I am always looking for ways to make a meaningful impact—both professionally and personally.

Dylan Pazmino

Maintenance Director

Originally from New York, I made the move to the Emerald Coast in 2006 when my dad was stationed at Hurlburt Field—and it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with Florida living. I graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School and went on to work as a government contractor on Eglin AFB before transitioning into property management, where I’ve found my true passion.

With hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the local rental market, I’m all about making the property management process as smooth and stress-free as possible—for both owners and tenants. I take pride in being responsive, reliable, and focused on solutions that make life easier for everyone involved.
