Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
At this time, that is not a requirement in Florida. -

We have an after hours service that will assist with emergency calls from tenants -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we electronically deposit all rent proceeds within 48 business hours of receipt from tenant -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Owners can review a sample lease prior to hiring our firm. We sign all leases (unless the length is > 1 year) on behalf of the owner. -
Do you sell real estate too?
We are a full service real estate company that can assist with both sales and rentals. -
How and when do I get my checks?
We electronically deposit all rent proceeds within 48 business hours of receipt from tenant -
How is rent collection handled?
Rent is due on the 1st with a grace period (no late fee) through the 5th. On the 6th, we post a letter to the tenants door and call/email the tenant and communicate any updates to the property owner. We follow up with the tenant every 48 hours until rent is collected or eviction is started -
How long of a lease do you sign?
1 year -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
It is equal to 1 months rent -
How soon can you start managing my property?
As soon as we have completed the condition walk through, any work needed is completed and paperwork signed. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Commercial and Residential (single family, townhomes, apartments, condos) -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We complete annual walk throughs and provide photos (before the renewal is offered to the tenant). We complete periodic exterior drive by’s and will conduct a walk through if exterior condition suggests it should be done. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
It is held in a non-interest bearing account
